Our approach
A careful approach to clearing a home.
Every property is assessed before work begins. We identify items of potential value, agree a clear plan and prioritise reuse wherever practical.
Whether the clearance follows a bereavement, a move or a change in circumstances, we take time to understand what is in the property and what matters to the people involved.
Why our approach is differentWhat we do
Practical expertise, quietly applied.
From one room to a complete estate, each instruction begins with a considered assessment.

Antiques awareness
Not everything should be treated as clearance.
One of the most important parts of our work is recognising what deserves closer attention before it is removed. Furniture, paintings, ceramics, silver, jewellery, collectables and decorative objects are considered as part of the assessment.

“James handled the clearance of my late mother's house with real care. Several pieces we would have overlooked were identified as being of value, and the whole process was calm and clearly explained.”
“As executor for an estate, I needed someone reliable and straightforward. The fixed price was agreed in advance, everything was documented and the property was left immaculate.”
“A genuinely discreet and efficient service from the first phone call to the final sweep-through. The antiques were assessed properly and we received a fair price for the items of interest.”
