Every clearance begins with an assessment. We look at access, timescales and the contents as a whole before explaining what can be reused, what may hold value and how the work can be completed.
A home rarely contains one simple category of belongings. We separate items thoughtfully, identify pieces that merit a closer look and agree the scope with you before the clearance starts. Where practical, reusable items are prioritised over disposal.

Good prices are paid for items of interest. Where items are to be removed, a fixed, agreed cost covers removal and disposal — including skip hire and permits.
We are registered with the Environment Agency as an upper tier waste carrier and dealer (registration number CBDU559461). A copy of our Waste Carrier Licence is available on request.
