Our approach

A process that respects both the home and the circumstances.

We understand that an estate clearance often sits alongside legal, financial and personal responsibilities. Our role is to make this part of the process clear, documented and manageable.

We can work with executors, family representatives, estate agents and solicitors. Potentially valuable items are considered before clearance, and practical arrangements are explained plainly so those involved know what will happen next.

  • An initial property assessment
  • Photographs where required
  • Coordination with agents or solicitors
  • A clear scope and agreed pricing

Scope & pricing

From single items to whole houses.

A discreet, efficient, friendly service is guaranteed.

  • Small homes to manor houses and estates
  • Sheds, garages, barns and lofts
  • All items considered, regardless of age and condition

Good prices are paid for items of interest. Where items are to be removed, a fixed, agreed cost covers removal and disposal — including skip hire and permits.

We are registered with the Environment Agency as an upper tier waste carrier and dealer (registration number CBDU559461). A copy of our Waste Carrier Licence is available on request.

What clients say

Recommended by the people we work with.

Acting as executor from London, I could not have managed without this. Photographs, a clear scope and regular updates meant the solicitor and I always knew where things stood.
Helen B. The Grange, Tavistock
The clearance of my father's estate was handled with genuine sensitivity. Items of value were set aside and explained to us before anything else was removed.
Robert C. Longmeadow, Cullompton
They liaised directly with the estate agent and worked to our probate timetable. The house was ready for market precisely when we needed it to be.
Judith S. Yew Tree House, Topsham
